You can use "Advanced Drawing Options" (clicking right button on the frame
name) to change the symbols drawing order.

Hi everybody! I'm working with Arcview 8.3 and I'm getting trouble
displaying cad annotation in a layout: I've made a polygon mask (shapefile)
to hide a topographic base made with several dxf files (only polylines and
annotation) grouped together but this mask seems to "mask" only polyline
feature. Infact all the annotations go over the mask even if I've moved the
group layer under the " polygon mask". Where am I making a mistake??? Thank
you in advance for your reply.
