This is not a standard case like gold price, it's pure relative De-Facto
methodology, rather, it's better to determine the parameters influencing
GIS App Dev pricing, I think among them are :
1) Customer degree of necessity
2) Potential no of sales
3) Time frame
4) Competitors prices & capabilities
5) Dev Funding
6) Customer budget
7) Strategic & tactical marketing goals
I didn't mention the direct cost such as sw, hw, manpower, ...
I'm interested in listers comments
