Subject: [gislist] (no subject)

From:  DuBose Griffin

Good Morning,
=20
I hope that exists and easy solution for me. I need to measure distances
between bird resightings. But I need to measure distances between the
resightings in every possible combination.
=20
For example: if I have a bird that I have resighted four times: I need
to measure the distances between 1 and 4, 2 and 4, 3 and 4, 2 and 3, 2
and 4, 3 and 4.
=20
To make this work with a script I need the lat and long in pairs for the
sequence I mentioned above. I guess I am looking for either a formula in
excel or access that will organize the pairs of lat and lons for me (or
other software that will do this) or an extension or script that will do
this.
=20
Thank you for any suggestions,
=20
