Hi all, I have a block layer with the census data and a TAZ layer. I want to aggregate the block layer to the TAZ level in order to get the census info by TAZ. There are certain TAZ's which are dividing a block into unequal parts. Hence, I cannot sue the spatial join to run this process. I used to do this using the two theme analyst in ArcView 3.2 but now when I am trying, it is giving me an error:
Wrong class for parameter 1 of request ReturnValueNumber. Got a(n) Nil, expected a(n) field.
What does this mean and how can it be rectified. Also Is there a way to do the aggregation in ArcGIS 8.3?
