I need to predict the dispersion of pollutants by using wind speed and
direction data. I know that IDRISI has a built-in function called "DISPERSE"
which deals with the dispersion of materials under the influence of
anisotropic forces. However, I don't have any experience in using IDRISI.
Can anyone tell me that whether IDRISI is an appropriate software for
dealing with this kind of model?
Is it possible to develop this kind of dynamic model in ArcMap by using
ArcObjects? Does anyone have any experience in this?
