I was looking for some libraries which can be used in my VB program to =
write a map viewer and further some small applications like routing or =
any search application.=20
I am sure there are some libraries from ESRI, and other vendors =
available but it seems there are other issue like licensing policies =
etc.
I was looking for libraries which are license free even if the library =
itself costs.
