Acrobat 6/7 have advanced editing tools that allow you to add comment
text boxes to documents. You might also want to look at a publishing
program like Adobe InDesign which can incorporate PDF documents into a
publication.

I am need of a bit of assistance.
We are creating a 46 page map book. Due to the fact that there are
text
boxes in the borders of each layout, each must created as individual
projects.
Each of these layouts are then exported as pdf's.
What I need to know is how do you add text to those pdf's.
I need to add not only horizontal text, but vertical text as well.
