I would try changing the "Dependencies" listed at the top of the .APR
file. And in the Project secion just below.

Hi!
Does any one know a way to remove all extensions from an AV3.3 project?
I have a project made by someone else and it has more than 10 extensions
including 3D Analyst and it just does not open.
I will appreciate any clue on how to solve this problem.
