Hi, just edit your *.apr (Arcview project file) in Notepad and erase all the extensions you want. Save the new file and that will probably be enough to repair the project file.
You can also try to repair your *.apr (Arcview project file) using the following extension: http://arcscripts.esri.com/details.asp?dbid=10567
