also University of Michigan has data available for institutional users =
(don't know what your usage is? and UW has some data sets available via =
FTP found here:

I want to be able to extract simple geographic coordinates (bounding =
box)
from a user-drawn box over an image on a web page. Does anyone know of
some simple code (HTML, javascript, DHTML, or some combination thereof)
for doing this?
