Subject: RE: [gislist] RE: [Tc] Fw: Vancouver, British Columbia Data acess ible via WMS and/orWFS?
Date:  02/06/2005 10:10:01 PM
From:  Doddapaneni , Kiran Kumar

Hi Milan Trninic,

I am also a perceiver of WFS, WMS and GML stuff.

I have few concerns with the below WFS.

This particular WFS supports only POST operation for the =
DescribeFeatureType
(DFT) request (as specified in the GetCapabilities response) although =
the
GET operation is support, of course this is not my concern.=20

The main concern is that DFT response is not a valid GML schema. Since =
the
import constructs are not referring to a valid location.=20

<import namespace=3D"http://www.galdosinc.com/fps"
schemaLocation=3D"http://vega.galdosinc.com/wms/http?request=3DGetSchema=
&amp:urn
=3Durn%3Ax-galdosinc-com%3Aimplementation%3Afps%3Aschema-xsd%3Afreestyle=
r%3Av1
.0.0"/>
<import namespace=3D"http://www.galdosinc.com/vancouver"
schemaLocation=3D"http://vega.galdosinc.com/wms/http?request=3DGetSchema=
&amp:urn
=3Durn%3Ax-galdosinc-com%3Avan%3Aschema%3Avancouver%3Av1.00"/>

Can you please look into this.

Regards
Kiran
