Hello Rich,
Have you looked at ET GeoWizard or Xtools? They have some really good
conversion options. I believe they will do exactly what you want to do.
You can find them on ArcScripts.

Hi All,
I am looking for a script/tool to extract the start and end coordinates
of all objects in a polyline shapefile.
I have found an avenue avx which converts all vertices into points,
however I am only interested in the start and end points of each
polyline, and do not need the intermittent points.
Does anyone know where I can find such a tool, preferably an avenue
script?
