You all helped me so good with my scaling problem in ArcGIS9.
Now, I have a situation that just came up and I am confused, again.
All of a sudden, some of the buttons on the tollbar "Tools" have 'greyed =
out' and I cannot get them back on. I can create a new map and copy the =
layers over okay, but would rather solve the problem of the 'greyed' =
layers. Not all of the buttons are greyed, just "ZOOM IN, ZOOM OUT, =
FIXED ZOOM IN, FIXED ZOOM OUT and FULL EXTENTS." The rest are okay. =
Any ideas out there?
