Frank and all,
Funny, my group was discussing this past Friday the use of swarm downloads for
those more or less "standardized" geodata sets out there which are freely
available (sadly few in Europe are).
One conclusion is that the download process is clear (well, we shall see if
people like your experiment: I suspect yes), however the content metadata
pointing to either a central bit torrent URI or to multiple swarm sites...is
not so clear.
One more item for the to-do list (OGC, masters projects, weekend hackers, etc.)
