Thanks !
I am still looking for a description of Surfer's grd file format. Any suggestions ? Does anyone know what GIS software packages can easily import raw binary raster files (without headers: 8, 16 and 32 bit data type). I have used 3DEM, Idrisi... What about ArcInfo/View/GIS ? Others ? Thanks in advance.
