Here's a revised question: I didn't explain the situation as accurately as =
possible: the first message appeared too cryptic to understand, even to me =
and I wrote it.
ESRI Callout box leader lines don't look 'full' until more or less at a 90 =
or 270 angle: otherwise the leader lines turn to slivers. Please see the =
