I subscribe to ESRI-L as well as this list. I tend to ask most of my
questions to this list even my ESRI related questions because this list
seems to be a bit more responsive. ESRI tech support works fine for asking
questions about the basic functions of the software, but they are not there
to help with customization. That is a separate support cost.
