HI
I have an issue with dynamic legend can any one help
me in this regard.
I have geological polygons in a map. These polygons
have two fields in the Attribute table. One field is
populated with Rocktype (Eg: Cr). Another field is
populated with the Description of the rocktype (Eg:
Sandy Alluvium in drainage channels and basal to
waterberg scarps)
When I insert the legend into the ArcMAP document, I
have two requirements:
a. The attribute “Rocktype” (here “Cr”) to be
displayed inside the legend item polygon and
b. The attribute “Description” (here “Sandy Alluvium
in … …scarps”) to be displayed as a label to the
legend item polygon
c. Both of these should be dynamic i.e, when I change
any of these two attributes, the legend should be
updated automatically
how to add more number than one (discreption) column
to the dynamic legend.
