Hi All-
I read the user forums and the other ESRI support info: I also reccomend that students go the user forums - as someone else got stuck where you are now and the answer is probably out there. This listserve is one among many such tech/GIS resources. I like the mix of tech and discussion, and having an idea of what kinds of work are going on.
