Hello,
I'm looking for a way to quickly model the movement of southern pine beetle
during an infestation outbreak, relative to landscape configuration. This
is a show-and-tell piece for students with limited or no GIS experience, so
visual and simple is the order of the day. I want to be able to adjust a
few simple landscape-metric parameters, run this thing iteratively, and have
graphic and some basic statistical outputs.
Anybody have or know of anything like this already canned and ready to run
(on ArcGIS 9, or ERDAS Imagine)?
