Hi all
Really this is a very important topic. Especially for people using GIS outside US,
Can you send to me the contract terms that you sign with ESRI distributors ... we pay them a lot and we need to know what they should provide us with?
This will be highly appreciated so that we all know our rights and to know what we can ask for?
