Subject: [gislist] reordering features in arcmap

there was an shp2top.avx for arcview 3.x. this script would take the
highlighted feature and move it to the top of the drawing order of a layer
(move any record highlighted down to the bottom of the attribute table). i
would like to perform the same operation in arcmap 9.0. does anyone know of
a similar script?
