ESRI incompatibilities.

One easy (to the point that is silly) way to solve this is -
go to the GDB_Relaeseinfo file and change the code from 2 0 1 for the 9.0 to 1 3 0 for the 8.3.
This works both ways - from 9.0 (2 0 1) to 8.3 (1 3 0) and vise versa.
