Hi,
I have a problem regarding the z factor in the slope calculation. I
downloaded a 1/3 arc dem grid from http://seamless.usgs.gov/. I like to
calulate my slope out of this, but the x,y values are in decimal
degrees. What would be my z factor?
I tried converting the grid to my stateplane cooordinate system but the
slopes do not come out correctly. It looks like a whole bunch of lines.
