I am looking for a good book and/or web site that teaches one how to
render various DEM formats (SDTS, DTED, DEM...) as well as georeferenced
images on screen using VB .NET (GDI+). I know there are plenty of
software tools available that already do that but I would like to learn
how to do that for myself. I have a great VB .NET book already but like
many other books it only covers graphics programming in a very basic
sense. I'm sure I can find something if I dig a little deeper but I want
to know your personal experience with a particular book or other resource.
