I have been reading that Microsoft is beginning the end-of-life process for Visual Basic. What does this mean for developers of ESRI that use Visual Basic For Applications? Will support for customization and development in this language continue? If not, what will replace visual basic? .NET? I'm in the process of learning Visual Basic, and I'm curious how soon this skill will be outdated for ESRI products.
