Hi all,
I have a general (and probably very basic) problem of counting lines.
As part of a project examining perceptions of dialect areas, I have asked people
to draw lines on a blank map indicating where they believe areas to exist.
I have subsequently traced these lines using a graphics tablet, now I need to be
able to count these lines so as to work with them in order to look for patterns
etc.
Is there software available that will accomplish this task (preferably free)?
If so, what is the best (and easiest) to use.
