Wow, that is really interesting. My master's degree is in Arabic.
However, the problem with translation is that one really needs to have
native speaker level of competency in order to translate into that
language. My native tongue is English and so although I am qualified to
work in other languages, and even possibly translate FROM those
languages, I could not translate into them. Too bad. $300 a day sounds
yummy.
