The ESRI Business Information Solutions provides ZipCode Data for the U.S.

They state: Community Sourcebook=B7America combines demographic data from
Community Sourcebook of ZIP Code Demographics

Don't know if this matters to you but ZCTA's aren't ZIP code boundaries.
They're a good approximation but they follow census block boundaries,
which don't always coincide with ZIP code boundaries. You can read about
