Well, I see your point, but I was actually using the server as a local
machine at that point. FW suggested putting the dll in the same
directory as python.exe or /System32, and that fixed it. Thanks!!

I notice the script refers to locations on the C drive. With the
script on
the server, that won't make sense. Try using the UNC path.
