Hello all
I have Arcview 3.0 a patch software. I turned digitizer extension turned on when opened a project but when i go on view and see digitizer set up then it doesn't highlight that, so i am unable to use desktop digitizer option in my this software please tell me how to proceed further. and how to start with scanned JPEG map.
