I have a polygon layer with many overlapping polygons that represent an
spatial activity that occurred and the date of the occurance(year). What I
need to derive from this data is the new polygons that are created due to
the overlaps(union) with fields identifying the most recent occurance date
(year) and the number of occurances (overlaps)
any assistance would be appreciated
