Hi,
You may want to read the June 1999 PE&RS article on Moroccan Projections under their Grids and Datum column . Its available at /http://www.asprs.org/resources/grids/06-99-morocco.pdf
/The extents coordinates suggest that they may still be in some digitizer or drawing coordinate system. Good Luck.
