At http://geoinfo.dlsi.uji.es/geodatos/datos-bcn2000.zip
You'll find a bunch of shapefiles (can be converted to Minfo) at 1:200.000
scale. Only geometry, few attributes.
Imagery for Spain can be found at worldwide servers such as the Landsat
server at Univ Maryland. For example
