Travis,
Your Attachments did not make it through. Most of the time when I have
problems loading data is caused by the x,y domain limitations. Have you
check those?

Subject: [gislist] PGDB/SGDB Feature Class Load Error?
Hi Listers,
Has anyone ever encountered this error upon loading a Shapefile into a
PGDB or SGDB? I'm simply attempting to load a Point Shapefile with 32
point features, and it returns the 'Did not load because of errors'
message (see 1st cap below). Then, when I select to view the errors, it
states there are 'No current records' (see 2nd cap below). I've checked
the Shapefile and it appears just fine. I've also exported the Shapefile
to Coverage format and performed a BUILD on it. I'm not sure what else
to do.
