I've got a district description that's in terms of named townships in
Madison and St. Claire counties in Illinois, and I need to create a
polygon of its boundary. I found the township polygons at
http://www.isgs.uiuc.edu/nsdihome/ISGSindex.html, but they are identified
only by their township-range-meridian coordinates. But what I need to find
is a list that connects the following names of these townships to their
township-range polygons. Can anyone help me with this?
