I do not know specially organized geo-hydrological data of Tanzania, but you may calculate some of them (e.g., up-slope area) using special GISs, such as this one: http://members.fortunecity.com/eco4/giseco/
Also, you may use free of charge elevation matirces, or grids (SRTM) with resolution 90m available for all Tanzania that are avialable here: ftp://e0mss21u.ecs.nasa.gov/srtm/ I used the above new methods and data from floodplain predictions to gold search...
