[gislist] Arc GIS 9.1 (add xy data)
I have an excel spreadsheet 11 GPS Coordinates in the following format
30 15.515 91 58.920
I tried to change the format of the cells to numbers and save this as a
dbase with no luck. Also tried to import into access and change to a
data type of number but when I save the file access gives me the message
11 records deleted. Any ideas
