When I use the "identify tool" in ArcMap 9.1 I no longer can view the
results dialogue box. It appears that the software is still reviewing the
features in the attribute table, but is unable to display the results. I
have rebuilt my normal.mst file, I have moved the Windows taskbar and
reinstalled the identify tool..as recommended at ESRI, but still no luck.
Any ideas where the identify tool results dialogue box might be? Or should
I reinstall the software?
