I need your help.
I received the "*.shi"-data and "*.dm". It is one kind of line-type DEM.
The contents are Text.
I hear It is a AutoCad civil 3D dataset"

But I don't know how to see or how to convert to other format that can open
in ArcGIS or Autocad.
which software can open or convert them?
