Hi Antony,
I am not too sure if this will be of help, but it could a start: https://164.214.2.62/products/digitalaero/index.cfm From here there are a number of different options. I have used the AVDAFIF link (this is for some of the instruments that are located in the airport region). If you were to choose AVDAFIF I have used the NAV.zip file. Like I said before, I am not too sure if this is what you want, but it might put you in the right spot.

We're looking for datasets regarding US airports, both commercial and general aviation, point shapefile would be fine, and if anyone has worked with the FAA or NTSB and has some info on airport approaches, or where GIS datasets can be obtained, I would appreciate some feedback, on or offlist. Thanks in advance.
Anthony
