It looks like one of the servers from the USDA has decided to start
reforwarding all the messages from the list back through the list. Not
sure what AV gateway they use, but this has happened before. I've
removed the subscribers from that site from the list and contacted the
postmaster there. Hopefully that'll clear up all the multiple messages
you've been seeing.
