Greetings,
This is probably a simple problem, but I have been stumped and hope some of
the knowledegable members of the list may be able to help me out.
Specifically, I have created a simple model in ArcGIS 9.1 using model
builder that assigns a projection to collected GPS points and then appends
the data to an existing shapefile that has a Layer file associated with it.
The data appears in the attribute table, however, the display in ArcMAP only
displays the original data that was in the shapefile, while the appended
data is not displayed. In addition, when I open the attribute table and
select the appended data, it appears highlighted in ArcMAP, but becomes
invisible agian when I deselect the points.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
