I am a postgrad in Glasgow,Scotland and I have an essay to do on the title "Efficient Fleet Management Using Mobile GIS" and will be glad if any of you can give me ideas on the kind of things to consider for discussion with such a topic and where I can get 'straight to the point' references or publications to help with the write up.
