Janelle: Try the Spatial Statistics toolbox. You will want to use the either the "Mean Center" or "Central Feature" function. If you want to know the geographic mean try "Mean Center." If you want to know which point is the most centrally located feature, use "Central Feature." One note, if you want to use other features in the Spatial Statisitcs toolbox, beware. The Moran's Index function has a bug and will not function properly. The function appears to run successfully, but the calculated value is incorrect. I'm told the fix will be available on the next release or patch. Good luck Eric Sandoval

I feel like this should be relatively simple (a tool in toolbox?). I am running ArcInfo 9.1. I would be grateful for any suggestions.
Thanks in advance
