hey listers,
we just recently re-loaded and configured our Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 database (for
ArcSDE/ArcInfo 9.1). our system's administrator here at the base, requested
that i run the latest patch ("Oracle Multiple Vulnerabilities, Quarterly
Critical Patch Update - Non-cumulative - October 2005 "). i downloaded this
Zip file, extracted it as instructed, and attempted to execute it. however,
for some reason, the OPatch command is not executing. i keep getting the
following error.
<opatch is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable
program or batch file>
any idea how to fix this?
