Hello,
I am currently given a mission to setup a sewer network infrastructure management tool using a GIS software. We would like to update the sewer network information through a data base so that the status of the network infrastructure (construction, maintenance, removal, etc) can be displayed on the map. The company has both the MapInfo and ArcView software. Can anyone advise me which one of the software is well adapted to my problem.
