Dear Yusuf,
What you are trying to do is NOT exporting data, rather it's geospatial data migration from one platform to another, which is not easy or straight forward task.
In such cases, we should consider three main types of geospatial data : 1) Classic geospatial data types : point, line, polygon - Those can be converted into shapefile and imported easily into Microstation 2) Text (Label or Annotation) geospatial data : these may be a real challenge, generally are exported from geodatabase into point shapefile then imported as point then write text again. 3) Topological geospatial data : from my own point of view, I think it'll be less burden if you try to create it again on Microstation.
