I'm trying to find a way to access grid data from a USGS DEM under ArcView
9.1. I don't have ArcInfo license or a spatial analyst license -- just bare
bones ArcView. What I want to be able to do is address the elevation range
(highest, lowest, relief) within 50m and 100m buffer zones around point
data. Is there an add-on, script, or something else this side of bankruptcy
(ArcInfo or Spatial Analyst) that will let me do this, even manually?
