Hi Marwa A. Hassan
I think you need to know the way to identify the flipped Segment in a huge data set.
If you have combination of linework and polygons..Mean Polygons created out of
the same linework...There are many easy ways to find out. let me outline few, Get the one's that is easy.
1.Color the polygons and overlay the linework on top of the colored polygons. You can see the flipped segment
2. If you are a Microstation Geographics user try copying both polygon and linework on to one file (Just for Rectifying or Identifying the Flipped segments in a huge Data set) and do topology clean up and flag the Dangles..99% of the Flipped Segments will be notified in this process.
Please try out the methods that i have suggested, and let me know if it works.
Thanks & Regds
